When preventing flu, remember to wash your hands frequently. If you do not have access to running water, use soap and warm water throughout your day. Also, cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing to prevent spreading germs. Get vaccinated yearly and make sure you get the right dosage to protect yourself and those around you.
